Sail the Tall Ships in Brazil

October 8, 2008

I don’t know why, but I never thought of “Brazil” and “sailing” as going together. I associate sailing with Greece, or the Whitsundays in Australia, or maybe Cape Cod. Turns out though that Brazil is an excellent destination not just to sail, but to do it in a nifty piratey-looking ship. Play it cool though, try to keep your Captain Jack Sparrow fantasies to yourself. Arg!

Right now, Brazil is on sale through Travel CUTS. Choose Save $120 – $440 depending on which experience you decide to book – pick the sailing option or elect to stay on dry land.

These offers always have small print, and this one includes these details:
* Must be booked and paid in full by November 7, 2008. Offer valid on departures now through July 31, 2009, Land Only.
